Refund Policy

1. Overview

At LetsBonk, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or there might be issues with your order. Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair and straightforward process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from our website at lesbonkfun.com. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to the respective retailer's return policy.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories, tags, and documentation

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (e.g., grip tapes once used)
  • Custom-strung rackets (unless defective)
  • Customized products
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call +44 369 491 8562 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and on a note inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label and will reimburse your original shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that your preferred item doesn't sell out while we're processing your return.

For exchanges due to defects or errors on our part, please contact our customer service team directly, and we will arrange the exchange for you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Processing Time

For credit card purchases, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company's policies.

For PayPal purchases, refunds are usually processed within 2-3 business days.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may issue a partial refund:

  • If an item is returned with signs of use or wear beyond inspection
  • If any accessories or parts are missing
  • If the product has been opened and is being returned for reasons other than defects or errors

Refund Deductions

The following deductions may apply to refunds:

  • Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping charges
  • Restocking fee (15% of product price for opened non-defective items)

6. Warranty Claims

All LetsBonk rackets come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Other products may have different warranty periods as specified in the product description.

Covered by Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Structural failures during normal use

Not Covered by Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • String breakage (for rackets)
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect performance
  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers

To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect if possible.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos showing the issue

We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no cost to you, or provide a full refund including original shipping charges.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframes mentioned above, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

9. Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless defective or incorrectly shipped.

10. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

11. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review this refund policy periodically for changes.

12. Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
